Hi Mandi, I’m using Google Chrome on my PC. The Caribou ad that wouldn’t close was at the bottom of the screen and I couldn’t make out what kind of video it was that kept trying to pop up while I was typing a comment.

Thanks so much for the heads up, what device/browser are you on? We took out quite a lot of ads last month and thought that things were looking better but I will definitely look into it more! Is it a full pop up? Or one in the lower part of the screen? Thanks for the feedback!!
